Volunteer
Hazara Community West Midlands is volunteer-led. Every event, workshop and family gathering is made possible by people who help with planning, welcoming, translation, youth activities, food, media and practical support.

At our gatherings, volunteers are often the first people families meet: setting up the space, welcoming new arrivals, helping elders, translating where needed and making sure children and young people feel included.
This section can later feature a named volunteer, a short interview and a real portrait. For now, it celebrates the quiet teamwork behind each community event.
Ways to help
Help prepare venues, welcome families, guide guests and support cultural celebrations.
Support people with forms, appointments, signposting and communication where language is a barrier.
Assist with workshops, mentoring, confidence-building activities and safe spaces for young people.
Help with photography, video, event reports, social media updates and preserving community memories.
